高知県立牧野植物園 牧野富太郎記念館 本館 五台山ロビー
2023年10月21（土）〜29（日）まで、『刺繍と植物学』nuimori × FUJIK
NHK朝の連続テレビ小説（朝ドラ）「らんまん」にも登場した、牧野富太郎博士ゆかりの植物を一種ごと、nuimoriの立体刺繍と写真、そして高知市のボタニスト（FUJIK）による解説とともに展示しています。
2023年の春にお話をいただき、心から楽しみにしていた展示会です。
この五台山ロビーでは展示のみですが、nuimori刺繍の商品は「牧野ミュージアムショップサクラ」にてお取扱いいただいています。

“Embroidery and Botany” – nuimori × FUJIK
This exhibition features one plant species at a time, each associated with Dr. Tomitaro Makino, who also appeared in the NHK morning drama “Ranman.”
Each plant is presented through nuimori’s three-dimensional embroidery and photography, accompanied by commentary from FUJIK, a botanist based in Kochi City.
This exhibition, which I had looked forward to ever since it was proposed in the spring of 2023, is a heartfelt project for me.
While the Godaisan Lobby features only the exhibition, nuimori embroidery products are available at the Makino Museum Shop Sakura.
